Das Hotel Lavina befindet sich zwischen zwei Skipisten, Praca (olympischer Riesenslalom) und Ogorjelica. Es ist ein wahres Paradies für Skifahrer, die direkt vom Hotel Lavina auf Skiern auf einen dieser beiden Wege gelangen und auch zum Hotel zurückkehren können.
Mehr als 20 km gut präperierte Loipen mit einer Höhe von 1200 m bis 1890 m und 8 Skilifte mit einer Gesamtkapazität von 7500 Skifahrern pro Stunde bieten allen Fans des Skisports und anderer Wintersportarten vollen Genuss.
Das Hotel Lavina hat auch einen Skiverleih, der Ausrüstung von berühmten Weltmarken anbietet (Fisher, Rossignol, Salomon...) und hat über 200 Skisets und Snowboards.
